Rough start to the morning. I was exhausted from the last couple days. The sun woke me up early this morning so that also didn’t help.
Once I got out of bed I headed straight to breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The waiter was so rude to us. It was quite annoying. The hotel was definitely happy to see us leave.
Anyways then Valerie and I walked around the town a little more looking for snacks and other random things we needed. We found a funny little market with like 5 items in it. It didn’t really have what I wanted but that’s okay. We also stopped at a gift shop so I could buy a couple more masks and a coffee mug. The dining halls won’t let you take the mugs out of the room, but you can take your own mug out if you have one.
Once we got back, we headed to the airport for our flight back to Athens. On the way back to the ship, we stopped at a pharmacy to buy nose washes.
Got back to the ship on time and pretty smoothly. Once back onboard, every student had to take a covid test again. I unpacked my weekend bag while I nervously waited. Tested negative again.
After I got the results back I took a moment to relax then headed to get dinner on the ship. I made Mariah and Ashvi come meet me for dinner and we caught up on their experience in Greece.
After dinner we had to go a meeting with our floor RT which is like an RA but a different name. It was quite boring but we went over more basic rules. After, we headed back to the cabin to watch a movie.
