Day 3 in Barcelona - Food tour in Gothic Quarter & El Raval

Writer: Meg Meg

We tasted traditional Catalan cuisine and drinks like churros & chocolate to unique dishes typical of the city such as pintxos. We walked through the famous food market. La Boqueria, off La Rambla and took the elevator to the top of a hotel in El Raval for a 360-degree view of Barcelona. Our host shared knowledge of the various places we visited – she was great.

We did some shopping and, after a short nap, went to dinner at a nearby restaurant, Sensi Tapas. I wasn’t feeling great post-nap, so we skipped clubbing as being out until 4am is hard if you get up early the next morning for tours!
